Keith Luttrell
Minister
Keith’s vision for the church has always been a place that simply wants to love God and love people. Growing up as a “Preacher’s Kid”, he wasn’t sure if he fit the mold (he doesn’t). Keith received his undergraduate degree at Abilene Christian University and also earned a Masters Degree from Oklahoma Christian. He has a unique ability to bring complex scriptures to life, and audiences of all ages walk away with applications they can implement in their everyday life.
Keith and Betsy make their home in Colleyville and are the parents of two children – a daughter Lacey, who attends Belmont University in Nashville, TN, and a son Lane who attends Grapevine High School.
Greg Beauchamp
Minister
Greg comes to South Mac from leading two growing ministries while working as an Options trader and consultant. Greg is the Executive Director of Promise Makers, a ministry he founded in 2002, which has served thousands of young men and women in Father/Son, and Mother/Daughter groups. Greg is also the founder of Man Church, a group of over 1,000 men who meet each month in his home, Rockwall, Texas. Prior to his work trading options, Greg was an Executive Producer with Corporate Magic, Inc. in Las Colinas. Greg produced corporate events in 37 states, and 13 countries for Fortune 100 companies. Greg was the preacher of the So. Huntington Church of Christ, Kosciusko, MS. Greg graduated from ACU in 1987.
Greg has been married to his wife, Liz, for 23 years, and has three children. Hunter is a junior in College Station. Brady is a freshman in Austin. Sarabeth is a Junior at Heath High School. Greg is the son of Gary and Deanna Beauchamp.
Greg’s hobbies include hunting, golf and high school football. He is the play-by-play radio voice of the Heath Hawks Football team. Greg reads one book per week, and loves God, loves his family, and loves to laugh. Answers to Frequently Asked Questions: a) Yes it was cold, but I had a sweater. b) Calm and alert. c) Mac, not PC.
Joseph Smith

Youth Minister
Joseph came to South Mac in June of 2011 from West Texas where he spent many years as a youth, worship, and university minister and a year teaching high school English Language Arts. His love for young people is insatiable and he loves developing relationships with new young people and watching them pick up their ministries. Joseph is a graduate of Lubbock Christian University, is married to Cristina Smith and has one son.
Teri PettyCommunity Partnership Minister
Teri and her late husband Phillip began worshipping at South Mac in 1999. They have four grown children—2 sons (Jeff & Zach), 2 daughters (Kim & Tara) and son-in-law (Vince, Tara’s husband). Teri joined the staff in 2003 as receptionist and Grady King’s administrative assistant. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Ministry and Leadership from Dallas Christian College in 2008.
Shanaal SmothersChildren’s Minister
Shanaal decided to walk with Jesus when she was 10 years old. After struggling through adolescence, she began to think critically about her faith and fell in love with Jesus while in college. Since then she’s been on a mission to live an adventurous life of passion, purpose, and purity and invites others to do the same. She joined the South Mac team in September, 2008 as the children’s minister and hopes to see God do wondrous things in the lives and hearts of our families.
Susan VaughanWomen’s Minister
Susan became the women’s minister in July, 2008. Prior to that time, she taught in the Irving Independent School District for 32 years. She is married to Earl Vaughan, and they have one son (William).
Mike GregoryMinister of Office and Facilities
Mike joined the staff in November, 2007 after 25 years in public accounting and industry. A graduate of Wabash College and a CPA, he is married to Jensy, a kindergarten teacher in the Irving Independent School District. They have two grown daughters (Meredith and Melissa).
David VestBuilding Engineer
Before joining the staff at South Mac in February, 2008, Dave acquired 30 years of training as an electrical craftsman for two North Texas hospitals. He grew up in Grand Prairie where he graduated from high school and married his sweetheart Janice. They have three children and two grandchildren. He is a graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University.
Brenda TerryAdministrative Assistant
Brenda began working at South Mac in 1988 as a teacher at Little Hearts School. In 1991, she joined the administrative staff as part-time administrative support to the youth minister. In 2001, she became a full-time administrator supporting both the youth minister and women’s minister. She and her husband Pat have been married for 39 years and have two grown children and four grandchildren.
