Who We Are:
“I am Hur”
The South MacArthur Epic Kids Ministry is dedicated to supporting families as they lead their children in the spiritual journey. We strive to be like Hur, a man who’s claim to fame in the Bible is found in Exodus 17, when he supported the arm of Moses.
The South MacArthur Epic Kids Ministry is committed to being Hur for our parents, guardians, and families. We do this by working as a team with families to create a Spirit-centered interactions at home and at church.
What We Do:
On Sundays mornings and Wednesday evenings, we have classes for children from 3 months-10 years old. All of our classes are focused on “Entering the Story”—that is, applying God’s Story (the Bible) to our lives every day. In everything we do, we welcome families to participate and to guide their children’s spiritual growth. Please give us a call or email our Children’s Minister to find out more.
What’s New:
In 2012, we are changing the way we do church on Wednesday nights!
- 1st Wednesdays will be a time for the entire family to come to church together (7-8pm)
- 2nd Wednesdays will be a time for parents to have a Date Night while their children enjoy an awesome evening with us (6:30-8pm)
- 3rd Wednesdays will be Man Church, allowing children to spend quality time at home with the special women in their lives.
- 4th Wednesdays will be Ladies Night, when children can stay home and spend time with the men in their lives.
